SETH GLASSMAN

Seth Glassman is an accomplished restaurateur who has been working in the hospitality industry for twenty years. He served as Director of Operations for Takami Sushi Restaurant and Elevate Lounge in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, before recently relocating to Wichita. He has had an exciting career, operating multiple hot spots throughout the Los Angeles area, as well as Scottsdale and Las Vegas. These include: BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku, the Palm Steakhouse and The Belvedere at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. In 2013, he opened his own Italian Steakhouse, Pistola. 

Mr. Glassman is a native New Yorker, born in 1980, who received his business degree from Tulane University. The move to Wichita was to open 6S Steakhouse as operating partner. Since opening in January of 2018, 6S has received multiple awards for the design, food, and service. Seth has enjoyed bringing his New York City flair and his California cool to the great steak culture of Kansas. In just a short time 6S Steakhouse has taken its place at the top of Wichita’s fine dining experiences.
