Meet Seth Glassman
Founder
Seth Glassman has spent more than 25 years in restaurants, from managing some of Los Angeles’ best-known dining rooms to opening and operating his own.
Today, Seth continues to develop and operate his own concepts while working alongside owners and partners to bring new hospitality projects to life.
