Seth became Director of Operations for Downtown Entertainment Group (Takami Restaurant and Elevate Lounge). He was responsible for all aspects of the business (bookkeeping, human resources, training, staffing, financials, service, food and beverage, catering, marketing and public relations).
RESTAURANT BUSINESS
With his business partner, Seth opened an upscale classic American restaurant – 6S Steakhouse. Seth’s hand is in all of it: interior and exterior design, human resource policies, obtaining permits, training manuals, branding, marketing, budgeting, etc…

As demonstrated by his extensive resume, the hospitality industry is Seth’s passion. This shows in his projects and the relationships he has with his guests. He knows the challenges and joys of owning and operating a restaurant and views his job as a partnership with his clients.
